Belly dance  is a wonderful way to enjoy dancing during  pregnancy. It is nothing like a conventional belly dance class and you are free to take a break whenever you need. I try to keep a balance of  relaxing and stimulating dance in my classes. The emphasis is on enjoying your changing body at this special time of  pregnancy.
